一、Explanation of revolving door malfunction

Q1： Non-transformer？

A1： Check whether the power cord, plug and fuse are burnt. If so, please replace them according to the method described on page 6 of the instruction manual。

Q2： Function selection error？

A2： Check whether the key switch is adjusted in the required position. See the function switch description on page 10。

Q3： The sensor sensed a red light？  

A3： Disconnect the main power switch for 5 minutes before closing it。 

Q4： The emergency stop button was pressed？

A4： Rotate clockwise to return to normal。

Q5： Motor temperature is too high, protection sensor starts？

A5： Please check whether the motor fan is running normally。

Q6：Please check whether the motor fan is running normally？

A6： Allow the pedestrian/object that activated the airbag sensor to move away from the revolving door and return to normal。 

二、Rotating door does not rotate trouble shooting

Q7： The air bag sensor on the right side of the column at the revolving door entrance starts under pressure？

A7： Remove the pedestrian/object that activated the airbag sensor and turn the door back to normal。

Q8： Rotating curved wall edge top safety anti-collision infrared start？

A8： Remove pedestrians/objects that activate the infrared sensor and turn the door back to normal。

Q9： The infrared sensor on the upper right column of the revolving door entrance is activated？

A9： Remove pedestrians/objects that activate the infrared sensor and turn the door back to normal。

Q10： The sensor (low position) outside the red line of the gate is induced to start, and the turnstile stops rotating？

A10： Remove pedestrians/objects that activate the infrared sensor and turn the door back to normal。

Q11： Automatic flat push door does not close？

A11： Close the auto - push door。

Q12： Frequency converter alarm (light on)？

A12： Press the emergency stop button, then release it and rotate the door back to normal rotation。

三、Slow speed rotation trouble shooting

Q13： Horizontal safety door anti-collision infrared sensor (high) is activated by induction？

A13： Remove pedestrians/objects that activate the infrared sensor and turn the door back to normal。

四、The flat door always opens the troubleshooting

Q14： Horizontal safety door anti-collision infrared sensor (high) when the automatic door is closed, the infrared is activated by induction？

A14： Allow the pedestrian/object that triggers the infrared sensor to move, open, and turn the door back to normal。

Q15： Fire alarm signal output？

A15： Fire alarm lifted。 

Q16： Function switch selection error？

A16： Reselect
